Move page title below slider

Hi…
On the Home layout settings, dragging the title above the content results in the slider showing first, then the page title, then the content – which is ideal.
On the other pages however, the page title moves above the slider. I’m using page builder to insert the sliders on the other pages.
I had wondered if you could add an HTML/text wiget on a row above the slider and place the title in there, but how would you stop it displaying below the slider also?
In short – what’s the best recommended method please – I’m I going about this the wrong way?
