Move Product Items to a Portfolio or Gallery page

Hello! I use woocommerce to show my products that are for sale. When a product sells, I would like to be able to move it to a portfolio/gallery page. I would also like it has the same look as it did on the woocommerce shop page such as a grid format with all the pictures and when clicked on show larger or multiple items. Is this possible and how do I go about doing this. I tried to set up a portfolio page and was able to get images to show using a slider but not with a grid format. Any help is greatly appreciated!
