Move sidebar to the left and make it full height of site

Hi
A client is looking to change the layout to his virtue site.
Basically he wants the following (apologies for the multiple questions):
1. Logo/header area at the top of the site to be removed (don’t ask why…)
2. Sidebar on the left, to fit the full height of the site (basically fill the browser from top to bottom)
3. Width of sidebar 150px
4. Logo inside/at the top of the sidebar
5. Background #1a1818 / text white
