Move Site Origin button into title space

Hi Team,
On a number of pages on this site, my client has asked for the “Documents and Forms” button to be moved up level with the title. Examples where this is needed include here and here. I’ve explained this is a significant intervention into the theme but I thought I’d raise the question anyway. Is there a simple way to do this? I’ve tried playing with position:absolute but with no success.
