I’d like to move the tags from the bottom of the post pages to the top. I’d also like to be able to add a piece of text before them to make it clear they’re tags. Something like this: “Tags: tag1, tag2”.

I can’t seem to find any setting in the customizer so I assume this will require some code edits?
