Move Virtue Premium to new Domain name with Revolution Slider license

I have bought a new domain name and would like to move/migrate the whole Virtue Premium theme from my current domain to the new domain.
Can I take all the premium plugins including Revolution Slider, which has a 1 site license to the new domain?
Can I do that by DEACTIVATING the premium theme in “Appearance-> Getting Started-> API licence Deactivation” and ACTIVATING it on the new domain?
Hopefully somebody can answer my questions because I don’t want to test it and find out that I just lost my 1 site licence.
