Moving Revolution Slider

I have the revolution slider directly under my menu, which is where it populates based on using the slider settings under theme options. Is it possible to add a line of copy between the main menu and the slider here:

I can place the copy there when I remove the slider option under theme options and just manually add to page builder, but then I can’t get the slider to go full-width.

So I guess I’m asking if there’s a way to move the slider down through theme options, or a way to get the page builder widget to go full-width.
