Moving Virtue Premium from main domain to sub-domain

I just downloaded the Virtue Premium to my main domain but wanted to use it only on a sub-domain. I have not been able to move the theme over. I deleted it from the first site but it will not load on the second site. What can I do? I have not been able to use it and now it is gone.
