Moving Virtue to the new Kadence Theme

Hi there
I am setting up a new website and I plan to use your newer product, Kadence Theme. I have an older site, using Virtue, that is in need of a majot overhaul. How easy would it be to change from Virtue to Kadence Themes for my older site http://www.houndsconnect.co.uk? What would I need to consider? My sites are fully hosted but my technical knowledge is limited.
