1) I cannot find the option to have the nav bar be all black. I can get the whole top and logo black but not the menu. I can also get it be black on that is current selected or scrolled accross.

2) Is there a way to hide the page title and the 2 lines. (one above and one below)

Either I am blind or these should be standard options.
