Slider not Displaying properly

Hey again!
I am having issues with my website. ccs.tech2call.net If you load it on Google Chrome it looks fine; aside from the navigation menu problem, but if you load it on IE or Mozilla Firefox, it doesn’t actually show anything (depending on what screen size you are currently using). I was helped out by another user on here who told me that it was just a simple CSS code that I would have to implement in the Advanced Settings but it seems that it is what is causing this issue in the first place. If someone can help me with the code that will allow my slider to be displayed properly on ALL browsers, I would be greatly appreciative!
