Need help with two questions

Hi,

I have two question i can not sort out:

1: How can I change the in stock text on the product page. I found the code what should manage this but when i put this in my functions.php the site get blank.

2 : Is there a way to show only the shop page on the home on mobile devices. i mean when you visit the site on mobile i want to show directly the shop page instead of the home content.
