Need some help with the Tools

Hello KADENCE support,
We run Woocommerce using Virtue Premium theme.
1. I try to build a page that similar to home page but more specific. Is there any tool or short code that I can add to the page that can show feature same as Homepage layout Manager such as Icon menu, Featured Products, Bestselling Products, or On sale products.
o Is there any way I can use Home layout Tool to build a page.
o Does PageBulider come with Virtue theme Premium or is it the plugin that I have to addon.
Note: I see Virtue Premium short code page but it does not provide what I am looking for.
2. Our Users ratio for Mobile: Desktop is 5: 3. Our Current design is not so mobile friendly. The part we want to approve is to develop the new arrival section from lists to show in slider on mobile instead. But we still can keep list on desktop.
