Hi team,

Hope you guys had a great weekend!
I am not sure if I should be asking my question here but decided to give it a shot as I learnt it could be a theme related issue as some other people had the same issue apparently because of their theme.

So here is my situation:

I currently have sendowl as my commerce and would like to move to another service provider for my shopping cart instead. This service provider, Ravelry, is related to my industry and has provided links for us to add to our websites for purchase (refer to this website for sample: *Login to see link

I am supposed to be able to easily use their ‘add to cart’ and ‘show cart’ link after configuring my site by putting a line into the <head> section of my page. I did that both on a test page itself under the header code section AND on the theme options/header and footer scripts section but both ‘add to cart’ and ‘show chart’ didn’t work.

I apologize in advance if this is the wrong place to ask this but I was hoping you guys might be able to help.
