New pages not visible

Hello!
I have a problem with my pages. I create a new page, i publish it and i cannot see the button “view page” anywhere, the permalink os not shown under the page title, and if I add this page to a menu, it doesnt show up in the front end. This happens with all the new pages, even if the page is blank.
I deactivated all the plugins and the problem still exists.
I saw that if I change the permalinks to “plain”, all the pages are visible, but if i change it back to “post name”, the new pages aren’t shown.
The pages are not shown in the menu, but if I input the link manually in the browser, i can see them.
I also checked the content of hcaccess and everything looks fine.
