New virtue theme user: top menu category + height of revolution slider

Hi guys, here we are. Another virtue theme premium user. 🙂
I have three problems:
1) Is there any zip data that can I load into my wordpress to get the same structure like in this example: *Login to see link ?
2) How can I set the height of the slider like in the example above? (500px height)
This is my wordpress: *Login to see link – I don’t know why the height of the image in the slider are not high 500px
3) How can I enable this top menù? *Login to see link
