New WooCommerce “Show password input” button on checkout is not really visible

With a recent version WooCommerce has added a “Show password input” button next to its login and register forms on /my-account and on /checkout pages
Here’s a screenshot:
As you see this button is hardly visible and would need some styling. I am not sure what it would look like in a non-Virtue theme. But the way Virtue Premmium shows it looks wrong. So maybe either style it or hide it.
