No offset when linking to anchor links from another page

Hi! I have added the Javascript snippet in my footer to enable smooth scrolling with an offset. Works perfectly while on the main page! But I have the problem that, when I link to one of the anchor links from another page, there’s no offset. Is there a trick to fix this? Thank you in advance!
