No Page Builder "Visual" or "Text" tabs?

I just did a fresh WP install and activated the Pinnacle theme, installed all of the recommended plugins but the ‘Visual” and “Text” tabs aren’t showing inside of Pagebuilder? I’ve been to their support page and turned on/off all plugins then re-activated one by one and still nothing. I”ve reverted back to a default WP theme – 2015, but still nothing. I’ve tried to match the Settings > Pagebuilder with other WP sites that have these tabs working fine, but can’t sort it out.
Any suggestions?
