No search input on search page unless no result is found

I find it strange that there is now seach input on the search page itself — unless there are no results which is when a dedicated input box is shown.

But I think that the search input should also be shown when there are results. Maybe these are not just the ones the user wants and she/he would like to edit it.

I know there’s the always present search input as part as the menu. But as said, on the search page I would like to also always have an input like there is for the no results search page.
