No secondary nav – shrink for sticky

Secondary nav just disappeared after enabling sticky header with shrinking option.
I need that back. Additionally wee need a Slider between secondary menu and and primary menu.
Do you think thats easy and what would be the easiest approach?
The secondary nav is supposed to stick after the slider is scrolled away… the primary nav nav is supposed
to stick as well.
