No wheel mouse scrolling with Chrome

Hi,
with the following settings:
Enable Smooth Scrolling = ON
Enable Auto Hide = OFF
Hide Scroll Background = ON
it is not possible to scroll with the wheel mouse on the woocommerce checkout page, e.g. *Login to see link (it probably only works there because you do not have the above settings).
Setting Enable Smooth Scrolling = OFF fixes the issue. Works fine on Firefox, but scrolling with mouse wheel does not work with Chrome.
Can you confirm the issue? How can this be fixed?
