Noobie McNubster Needs Help On Background Color Change

Hello, super new. Going through tutorials but want to cheat by getting some quick help. The home page on the imported Kadence template for agencies has an almost black “page” background. If I change the background color for the block, the black page background conflicts. Image attached. Where should I be looking to change the default background color for the entire page please?
