Not able to restore WP site on GoDaddy

We can not back-up our changes on GoDaddy! It seems as if it is stuck on one back-up file and we loose all our changes and updates.

We have lost weeks of work when we restore the site.
Some things are there and some are not.

We revised the New Customer form, tested it was working fine. Sent all the info to the data base. Worked perfect.

Loaded in a bunch of new images into the library, made changes to the product short description and changed images in the Cyclone sliders on a bunch of product categories. Even added a few new products…

Then when we were adding a hot link to the new customer form we crashed the site.

When we restored the site, all the changes were gone.

We tried to rebuild some of the changes to test and make sure if we restore the site again it will save the changes (waited 30 hours) restored back 16 hours – new changes gone. Did this several times.

Tried to restore using both files/data, then we tried files first then data second… same problem.

Could there be a conflict between GoDaddy and the theme?
