Not working [ Upload ] button

I tried to change some image such as Page header default background but not work [ upload ] button.

And other [ upload ] buttons in ;

– home slider > Home Page Title Padding Bottom
– home layout > Call to action background
– advanced styling > Content Background & Topbar Background and many same kind of upload buttons…
……

And another issue is … “cannot select font” and shown like below;

Can you advice how can I solve this problem?
