Number of items displayed with product_category shortcode

Hi,
I use the shortcode “product_category” in the content page as follows :
[product_category category=’fleurs’]
This category contains 38 items placed in 4 subcategories containing respectively 12,8,14,4 products. Strangely only the first 4 products of the first category and the 8 products of the second category are displayed (4 rows and 3 lines)?! I guess there is a rule somewhere fixing the number of products displayed but I can’t find it.
I tried to add number=’34’ as a argument but that did’not changed anything.
Could you help ? Thank you.
