Only show blog_posts that are in two categories?

Hi, I want to use the “blog_posts” shortcode to show only blog posts that belong to both of two categories at the same time. In other words, only posts that are in both Category “A” AND Category “B”, as opposed to posts that are in either category. Is that possible?
