Is there any option to open the portfolio with a specific portfolio type via url? I want to link from my blog posts to specific portfolio entries of one portfolio type, but not only one portfolio entry.

For example:
I have two portfolio types within my portfolio:
* “Hamburger Hafen” with slug “hamburger-hafen”
* “Nordlichter” with slug “nordlichter”

I want to link to my portfolio pre-filtert for “Hamburger Hafen” with an url like: http://www.my-domain.de/portfolio/type/hamburger-hafen but I can’t find any permalink structure for portfolios.
