Options dropdown too narrow

Hi,
Under the WP 2016 theme, the Country, Ward and Precinct dropdowns here look fine. But, Ascend Premium makes them too narrow to fit the values:

Just guessing, but that could be explained by the first option value (“USA”, null, null) being used to determine the size of the dropdown column?
I searched the Ascend support forum and Googled, but didn’t see anything.
