Page Header not displaying correctly

On all of the pages on my site the page header looks fine. *Login to see link Except when you go the the events page ( *Login to see link ) it shrinks, and on a phone it looks very different. Is there any way for the header image not to change and be consistent on all page types? Maybe through css?
