Page title h1 left and right padding

Hello,
please see this link (follow a private reply with login data)
i have edited the page title with this custom css to give it a background and padding:
.page_head_title.top-contain-title.entry-title {
background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.8);
padding: 10px;
}
The problem is that now i have too background on left and right side, how i can have the background until the end of title only with padding left and right applied? See this screenshot for example: *Login to see link
