pagination on shortcode

Hi, in this page *Login to see link we use your [blog_posts type=”normal” orderby=”date” cat=”approfondimenti” items=”200″]
we had to put the items=”200″ because the shortcode stop showing post after the 4th post…
The question is: why is not present a pagination? shoudn’t be more usefull?
