Hello –

Ok – Finally got everything good-I had been using Paypal sandbox with a facilitator account and all was working fine.
I changed the paypal emails to my real one and disabled sandbox.
I tried to buy a product to do real test, checkout went fine but when got to “Proceed to Paypal” I get below message:

Any ideas on what I may need to look at.
If you need to get into site I gave you infor yesterday.
