Payal Validation Error

I have received this message via the woocommerce dashboard after receiving an order and the status of the order has changed form pending to “on hold”

Validation error: PayPal IPN response from a different email address ([email protected]). Order status changed from pending payment to on hold.

I have logged into Paypal and I can see the money has been received and shows completed. I have two email address added to Paypal one for each website I run. The email address for this site is not the primary Paypal email address. Is this what is generating the error message? If so how can I fix this without changing the email address.
