Paypal Error Message

Hello,
I am currently running Kadence Virtue Premium on my site & noticed recently an error/glitch that has been occurring often. Many of my customers seem to be experiencing trouble checking out on my site. They encounter an error message “it cannot be paid for. Please contact us if you need assistance.” after attempting to checkout.
I know the issue lies within my site as they are able to complete payment when I invoice them directly via Paypal (bypassing my site). I am not sure how to fix the issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am hoping I will not have to switch to a new theme. I have the most recent version of Woocommerce installed.
