Hi Ben – Hannah,
Last week you helped me resolve a Not Found / 404 error by telling me to select Default in Permalink Settings.
Since then I have added the WordFence Security plugin which seems to very proactive, and it keeps recommending I change the Permalink setting to Custom – but I don’t want to go back to the Not Found / 404 error problems. I also have Brute Protect, BulletProof Security and iThemes Security installed. Is having four similar plugins perhaps too much and could they be working against each other ?
Your advice would be much appreciated.
