PHP 8 error , could it be the themes fault?

Hello, I recently created a staging site to see if I can update the PHP version from 7.2 to 8.
But I get this error, Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.
Could this error be an incompatibility with the Kadence them?
Is Kadence them 100% compatible with PHP 8?
