Pinnacle premium or virtue premium sticky header issue in IE EDGE

Brand new wordpress installed, full up to date Pinnacle premium or virtue premium has a problem with sticky header option.
The issue is in IE EDGE, all other browsers are fine including IE9,10
It seems that edge cannot re display the sticky header after you scroll down the page and scroll back up again.
Is there a fix for this please, or something you guys can look into
