Pinnacle Premium Update stalling

When I select to update Pinnacle Premium it unpacks, puts the site into maintenance mode and then stalls with the spinning wheel icon showing. The same happens for the Pinnacle free update. Other themes have updated OK.

I’ve tried deactivating all plugins to no effect.

Any ideas why this is happening?
