Pinterest Save button on the PRODUCT images

Hi,
Is there a way to add the Pinterest Save button to the product images? I am not talking about blog pictures etc. as there are plenty of plug ins out there for that. I am talking about product images. I would like to be able to see the Pinterest save button when hovering over one of those images?
Anyone can help me please?
I entered the product image.php file using SFTP ad pasted the pinterest code in there but there is no change whatsoever…
