Portflio Item – Show Title/Description by Default?

Hi Kadence Theme,
I was wondering if there’s a way to show the title/description of the portfolio item (*Login to see link by default (instead of on-hover)? I can’t seem to find that option in the portfolio section under theme options so reaching out to the experts!
