Portfolio Carousel has vanished from the home page

I have a portfolio carousel on my home page between a static main image and my blog posts. A few weeks ago, I began having trouble with my site (crashing) and email (ceasing to work) and was referred by my host (Bluehost) to install Cloudflare to help the site run more smoothly. Almost immediately, the portfolio carousel vanished from the home page and I have not been able to get it to appear again. The portfolio posts are working fine in the TV gallery, though.
I paused Cloudflare, but that hasn’t changed anything. I am also switching hosts because my site is getting too big and the Bluehost upgrade is too pricey. I’m hoping that the switch will fix things, but somehow I feel like there’s an easy backend fix so I thought I would post here.
If anyone has any thoughts, I would be most grateful! I am not a developer so if you have suggestions, please make them as easy to follow as possible.
