Portfolio grid background

Hi there,

On http://185.123.99.153/~nfmarque/members/all-members/ the images are all uploaded as png with transparent backgrounds where the image is not square.
When you click through to the portfolio items the image appears as uploaded however on the grid there seems to be a white background inserted?
Is there a way to removed the white background please on the grid?

See Bartley Lodge Hotel as an example of what I mean.
