Portfolio Items custom links

Could it be possible to set a custom link where a portfolio item leads to if clicked?
I’m using a wp-gallery with this (*Login to see link plugin at the moment to realize a navigation trough the sites of my blog but it would be great if I could use the filter feature of the portfolio.
