My portfolio on the home page doesn’t seem to lay out properly on Chrome – it is not filling the screen. Here is the link. It looks fine in Explorer.

Also the layout is supposed to be boxed and have a background image. I am not seeing this in any browser. It used to show up. Could it be a problem with the host? Thanks.
