Portfolio options

Hi Team,
I’ve just found a need to use Portfolio posts to capture a bunch of “providers”. The required fields are:
Region,
Logo,
Title,
Phone 1,
Phone 2,
Email,
Comments
I’ll need to diplay these in a tabbed display by filtering on the “Region”.
Is this something that a Portfolio post could do?
I recall from a while back you used to have loads of additional fields in there giving all sorts of possibilities. “Value 1 title” and so on.
Now when I go to create a Portfolio post, those options have gone. Am I missing something or is that progress 🙂
