Portfolio Post 'Square' thumbnails

Hi,
Is there a way to make the thumbnails in a portfolio post sit in a grid of evenly shaped squares? Mine currently seem to be echoing the original shape of the images. I’ve turned the masonry option off and set a height constraint in the Theme Options. Here is one of the pages *Login to see link
