Earlier I tried setting up some gallery pages on my dev site and it just doesn’t quite do what I want. So someone at Kadence suggested I continue using portfolio pages like I do on my live site. I’m trying to do that and something seems wrong. It appears there are some different options from Ascend Premium versus Pinnacle Premium regarding Portfolio pages.

Here is one of my portfolio pages in my live site:

Notice when you click on the images you get to see the comments I added. Also notice the “image grid” style. All images are the same size. This is the option: “Image List Style 2” under “Project Options”, which is not available in Ascend Premium.

Here is my dev site:

First of all, on my dev site I get an error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home1/brdeclos/public_html/dev/wp-content/themes/ascend_premium/lib/kad_shortcodes/gallery.php on line 455

Secondly, the images are not in a grid style as it shows it should be in the documentation, when I select “What’s the difference?” It resembles more of an “image collage” with different sizes for the images. Also notice there are no comments when you click on the image.

I’ve tried a variety of different options and still get the error message. I’ve even played around with using shortcode and having a gallery show up, but it shows up above the text rather than below. However, the error message does go away. If there was a way to get the gallery below the text, I might go with that. But there is no option “Below”, just Default Beside 40% Beside 33% Above. And I am not sure what the “Default” option does anyway. /Bob
