Position of homepage portfolio carrousel

Hello,
I have a question about the layout of my homepage (www.frankgeenen.nl).
There is a blank space between the home page slider (at the top) and the homepage portfolio carousel (at the bottom).
I want to get the homepage portfolio carousel in a higher postion, so it is more close to the home page slider at the top.

I checked the theme options, but I didn’t find any option to do that.
Does anyone know if and how it it possible?
