Possible error in CSS of theme causing issues

I am working with a technical company on my website. They are trying to optimize my site.
As recommended, they used Above the Fold plugin.
They state: “Most likely something is wrong in the CSS of the theme that causes an error when it’s minified (compressed for faster speeds)”
Obviously, I am not technical or I wouldn’t have to hire someone to do this.
Please advise of any issues with the CSS in Virtue.
Second part of question:
If I switch to Pinnacle–my site is heavy with photos–will this give a clean start to the site and override any issues with Virtue or will the same issues migrate?
I purchased your membership, so assume switching sites is included in the price.
